Wholesale Terms

I appreciate your interest in my products. I want to ensure a smooth, easy and beneficial experience and relationship with potential retailers so I ask stockists to agree to the terms and condition.

Registration

I manually read and approve all wholesale inquiries. Once approved, you'll be able to login and shop our wholesale catalog through your account where you can place, manage & track orders. If declined, you may still shop our store but not wholesale prices. Please allow up to 72 business hours for a response to your wholesale inquiry.

Orders that do not meet criteria will not be accepted or processed.

Lead Time

Lead time is anywhere from 1-6 weeks depending on many factors such as inventory level, time of order and order size. Current lead time will always be displayed in dashboard for you to reference to when logged into your account.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and is based on the size of order and location of delivery. The customer is responsible for all shipping and any duty costs. For orders placed outside of our website, shipping is calculated and included in invoice that’ll be sent to you via email for payment. We use Canada Post and/or UPS for wholesale orders.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. On many occasions, your package may be in transit with information on tracking being delayed.

Elosa has no control over package once in transit or delays due to customs. Elosa is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to invalid or incorrect address.

All major credit cards, Apple Pay and Google pay is accepted for payment. You will be charged in CAD (Canadian) currency which will be converted by your bank at the appropriate rate at the time of placing your order. Payment is due at the time you place your order online. Your payment is processed through our payment processor on our website (Shopify). A confirmation email will be sent for all orders via email.

As required by law, charges are taxed on all orders including wholesale orders. Canadian customers are charged taxes on wholesale orders. For US customers, to be exempt, provide sales tax ID/resellers ID when registering for a wholesale account.

Buy Now, Pay Later- We now offer the option to pay for your order in 4 interest-free payment installments. This means you will only pay a fraction of your order upfront and the remaining will be split amongst 4 payments, with 2 weeks in between each repayment due date. You will need to select “Sezzle” at checkout to pay for your order in installments.

Reselling + Display 

You may sell our products in your brick & mortar shop, online store, spa, hotel, boutique or subscription/gift boxes. You may not sell our products on third party platforms such as Etsy, Walmart, Amazon and eBay. All of our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Bundles or sets can not be sold individually or taken apart. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account termination. We would be happy to provide stockists with product photography to use on your socials or website. Please email wholesale@elosa.ca for a selection of product photos. Alternatively, you're free to take photo's from our product pages. I provide MSRP that'll be available to view once you log into your wholesale account, and ask you follow these guidelines unless otherwise has been agreed. 

When using our products in your photo’s or our product photography on social media, we would appreciate if you tagged and/or mentioned our account.

Refunds, Returns + Cancellations

We do not accept returns or exchanges and wholesale orders are final. For damages, please email wholesale@elosa.ca within 7 business days of delivery, with photo's of the damages, order number and the product SKU of all products damaged so we can either issue a credit or replacement immediately. Orders can be cancelled up to 48 hours after order has been placed, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. Orders can't be cancelled once it has shipped.

Adding Products To Order

You may request to add additional products to your order before your order is processed and shipped. I will manually update your order and you will be notified via email to make the necessary payments for the added item(s). These items will not ship until payment is received, even if your initial order is ready to ship. Additional shipping fees may also be due, which will be included in the invoice with the details of your updated item(s). Please note depending on item(s) added to your order, the shipping date may be pushed forward. You will be given an updated date of shipping if this happens.

You will always be able to manage and monitor your current and past orders through your account anytime.

Private Labelling

Private labeling is available for the same products that are available for wholesale. You will receive your products housed in their packaging without labels. You will be required to print and apply the labels yourself with your branding. When you receive your order, a branded sheet will be included for you, with information you should provide on the label. This includes expiry dates (where applicable), weight, directions and ingredients.

At this time, we do not do label designs. You are responsible for designing and labeling products. However we will provide you with suggested labeling measurements. 

When registering for a wholesale account, please indicate you are interested in private label, so that I can turn your account into private label status. This will ensure only private label pricing is shown to you when you browse and order on our website through your account. Wholesale and private labeling have different pricing.

Natural made products 

Due to the use of natural ingredients in our products and being hand made, there may be slight variations from batch to batch. This does not affect the product.

What to expect:

With all the basics and important topics covered, the decision is now up to you. We love to partner with other businesses who align with our ethos and practices.

Below you may begin the registration process of your wholesale account. If your account is approved, you can begin to shop right away. Like mentioned earlier, current lead time and important notes will always be visible in the dashboard once you log in.

You may browse our website as usual or navigate to “Quick Form” to quickly pull up our catalog for you to browse and add products to your cart. You can place your order anytime at your own convenience. 

Once you place your order, a confirmation email will be sent to you to confirm that your order has been received. 

Within 1-3 business days, an additional email will be sent to you with the expected shipping date.

Once your order ships, a third email with your order details and tracking number will be sent to you.
