Shipping & Delivery

Shipping

We offer shipping to Canada + Worldwide shipping. We do not ship to China, California or Europe. Order processing time is between 1 - 3 business days (2 - 5 business days during holiday and busy seasons). My workshop is based in Ontario and I ship using Canada Post or UPS with all orders given a tracking number. After you successfully placed an order, a confirmation email will be sent to you at the email address you provided during checkout. Once your order has shipped, an additional email with a tracking number will be sent to your email. If you provided a phone number you will receive SMS updates on your order aswell.

Kindly double check all information including shipping address and name before confirming your order. Elosa is not responsible for lost or missing packages due to incorrect shipping information. Please check your spam inbox if you don't see anything in your mailbox.

You may track your package from our website, your email and text notification, or Canada posts website with your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. On many occasions, your package may be in transit with information on tracking being delayed.

Local Deliveries 

We are please to offer contactless local delivery to customers who place an order who reside within 20 km from our workshop for a flat fee of $5 CAD. This option will become available during checkout if your address is egible for local delivery. Deliveries are made within 1-3 business days from your order. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provided.

If you’d like your order shipped and delivered with our courier, please choose the “shipping” option during checkout. 

International Deliveries

For purchases made outside of Canada, you may be required to pay duty tax on your orders. We are unable to offer refunds if you refuse the package due to customs charges. 

Green Shipping - Carbon Neutral 

We are glad to announce that all orders shipped with Elosa are Carbon Neutral. This means we offset negative environmental impacts our shipment activities may create. This is done by monitoring, tracking and balancing or removing any CO2 we may release into the atmosphere. This is at no additional costs to our customers as we have decided to cover this to help maintain sustainability through shipping.

Delivery Date + Shipping Rates (excluding wholesale) 

Delivery Times is the window from when your order was shipped to when your order should arrive to you. All orders are processed and shipped in 1 - 3 business days.

For orders that need to be rushed, you may choose priority shipping at checkout. Shipping costs will be calculated based on order weight and destination.
